Civil Construction of Stages 7 and 8, Woodlands Estate, Andergrove.
You are invited to submit a lump sum tender to undertake the civil construction of stages 7 & 8 and associated works, Woodlands, Andergrove.
The contract will include but not be limited to earthworks, roadworks, stormwater, sewer and water infrastructure works to service the development of the two stages. The associated works consist primarily of a detention basin in stage 7 and upgrade works along Bedford Road.
Works for both stages are to be undertaken concurrently.
Tenderers are required to attend a mandatory site inspection on Thursday 26 May 2016 at 11:30am, to be held at the Sales Office, 2 Paperbark Way, Woodlands Andergrove.
