High Performance Computing and Mass Storage Facilities (SGI)
The project (originally NRO0103) for the supply of SGI Altix ICE high performance computing hardware, software and associated maintenance commenced in 2008 with the acquisition of a large SGI computer system. This contract has been extended multiple times with the purchase of the SGI Windows cluster in 2012 and the SGI Linux cluster in 2014 and with the purchase of other SGI hardware, software and services. The contract will expire three years after the hardware purchased in the final contraction variation is delivered, at the end of the warranty period.
Initial Period of Contract 36 months with extension options available.
