The Queensland Government is seeking a Request for Quote for a partner to collaborate in the development of business design to support whole-of-government service delivery. This will be for the One-Stop Shop Strategy and Implementation Office, a business unit of the Department of Science, Information Technology and Innovation.
Notes
1) The scope of the partnership extends to the following aspects:
- Collaborate with agencies to develop strategies, guidelines and best practice advice for the governance of Click-to-Chat in support service delivery
- Trial modes of supporting service delivery across a range of joined-up and complex government services via Click-to-Chat
- Audit of potential suppliers against our critical requirements
2) For detailed information on the specific services sought under this Request for Quote, please refer to Pack C - Schedule 1.
3) To provide a offer, suppliers must complete Pack B and Pack C in the sections indicated.
4) All enquiries are to be made by using the 'Ask a Question' feature in QTender or by emailing the Contact Officer as defined in Pack A.
