The Queensland Government is seeking a Request for Quote for a partner to assist the One-Stop Shop Strategy and Implementation Office (OSSSIO) to undertake a review of supported self-service within Queensland Government.
Notes
1) The scope of the partnership extends to the following:
- Perform a customer centred review of existing online and self-service offerings within the pilot customer centres.
- Perform customer testing of online and self-service offerings within a high traffic location.
2) For detailed information on the specific services sought under this Request for Quote, please refer to Pack C - Schedule 1.
3) To provide a offer, suppliers must complete Pack B and Pack C in the sections indicated.
4) All enquiries are to be made by using the 'Ask a Question' feature in QTenders or by emailing the Contact Officer as defined in Pack A.

Addendum #1 has been revised. The only changes to this document is a revised answer to Question 7 and a Question 12 has been added.
