Northshore - P3a - Hercules Street Park Upgrade - Civil/Structural/Geotech
The existing park is located at 40 Hercules Street (401/SP157545) in the Hamilton Northshore Priority Development Area (PDA).
This park upgrade project follows on from the Caltex Remediation project located adjacent to the park. The masterplan requires that the adjacent Caltex site is remediated and reconfigured into road reserve and parkland. The parkland will be amalgamated with the existing Hercules Street Park and its facilities will be fully upgraded and handed over to Brisbane City Council.
The project requires professional Civil/Structural and Geotechnical Services in order for operational works to be progressed.
