Valuation of Mount Isa Network and Estimation of Floor Price for the Regional Network
Queensland Rail is seeking the services of economic/financial consultants (and engineering consultants engaged by the economic/financial consultants) to:
provide asset valuations of the Mount Isa Network for pricing purposes applying:
a ‘line in the sand asset valuation’; and
a modified DORC valuation
provide a DORC valuation for the Stuart to Townsville section of the North Coast Line
estimate the Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) parameters to apply for the Mount Isa Network; and
estimate the floor price for the all parts of the Regional Network, including the Mount Isa Network.
