Queensland Health, provides a range of targeted, specialised testing and assurance services to internal project and support teams. These services include:
Test delivery services
All ICT life cycle activities which involve static testing and dynamic testing. This includes but is not limited to planning, execution and reporting of changes to ICT systems and related products. The aim is to ensure the requirements are met, risks are mitigated and the solution as a whole is fit for purpose.
Test assurance services
Independent review and assurance of key testing deliverables (e.g. Test strategies, plans and reports).
Test practice management services
Expert advice, guidance and coaching in all aspects of test management.
Testing technology and tools services
Planning, design, execution and reporting of Performance testing and automated testing.
It is anticipated that a small panel of suppliers will be invited to enter into Government Information Technology Contracting (GITC) Customer Contract issued under an SOA Invitation to Offer (ITO) to allow the Department to order services over an initial 12 month period (with potential for optional extensions).
All clarifications or questions related to the Invitation to Offer must be communicated in writing directly to the Customer contact identified in Section 1.12. Clarifications must be received before close of business on Tuesday 8 March 2016.
