Development operational decision-making framework
EDQ is seeking to establish a decision-making framework to embed Government’s strategic policy direction and considerations in its operational decision-making, providing a tangible point of reference for the day-to-day activities of its staff. Given that it is likely that pockets of excellence are already occurring across EDQ, this project aims to codify this judgement and increase consistency of outcomes.
Nous is well positioned to partner with you in undertaking this work. Nous has worked extensively with the Department if Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning over the past 12 months, developing a detailed understanding of its operating context
