Mobile Support Services for Young People - Logan, Gold Coast, Townsville 2016-18
As part of the Homelessness Program, the Department of Housing and Public Works has issued this Invitation to Offer with the objective of procuring a value-for-money and high quality Offeror to deliver new mobile support services for young people in the Logan, Gold Coast and Townsville Local Government Areas (LGAs) to 30 June 2018. Offerors may submit responses for Logan and/or Gold Coast and/or Townsville LGAs.
Mobile support workers will use a specialised case management approach to engage with young people, including those who are sleeping rough, couch surfing or living at home. The support workers will work with the young people and their families, where appropriate, to resolve the issues that are putting them at risk of homelessness.
