Phase One: Challenge Definition Forum (December 2016)
• One or more energy and resources companies are taken through a facilitated problem definition workshop to create challenge statements for industry issues that do not have a viable solution available.
Phase Two: Challenge Presentation Day (February 2017)
• Industry challenge/s are presented to METS participants, then breakout sessions are facilitated around each challenge to brainstorm new commercial opportunities to solve the challenge/s. (Includes Q&A sessions.)
