| Objectives and Scope
The objective of the project is to deliver an adaptation governance assessment of Queensland Government departments, government owned corporations and statutory bodies utilising the Climate Planning ‘Informed.City’ governance tool as previously used in the governance assessment conducted for Queensland local government’s dated 22 January 2016.This scope of works is to cover all Queensland Government departments including the 11 government-owned corporations and two statutory bodies.
The Supplier will only be required to review publicly available information to complete this project Including: Corporate plans; strategies; legislation; service delivery statements; annual reports; publicly available risk registers, website material, policies and guidelines.
Services Required
The Supplier will be required to deliver the project in accordance with the methodology in item 5 below. Deliverables to be provided include:
- A ‘helicopter overview’ of the results of the governance assessment
- Specific governance assessment results of each agency
- A visual-rich dashboard platform (similar to “Informed.City” project)
- Raw information collected (as csv or excel files)
- A draft report in (Microsoft word) and final report of findings in (Microsoft Word & Pdf format).
The Principal of the Supplier will be required to present the findings and respond to questions at a Climate Change Inter-departmental Committee meeting in Brisbane at a date and time to be nominated by the Department in consultation with the Supplier providing sufficient time to attend.
