The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for a Project Manager.

Objectives, process and requirements of the Service

1. The Consultant shall undertake the role of Project Manager. The Consultant will be responsible for the day to day management and coordination of the Project including coordinating the work of all other Consultants, Sub-Consultants and Secondary consultants.
2. The Consultant is responsible for managing the effective and economic design, construction and programming of the Project; the coordination of design, construction and commissioning activities including key user group meetings and approvals; and the procurement of the Contractor.
3. The Project Management Consultant will undertake all duties and responsibilities as outlined in the Terms of Reference.
