The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for Architectural services for the Fortitude Valley PCYC.
Property Queensland is currently working on preparing an Expression of Interest Campaign for proposed redevelopment of the Fortitude Valley PCYC. To inform this, architectural services are required during the pre-design & post bid stages. This includes the development of an accommodation brief for the EOI campaign and assistance with the evaluation of shortlisted proponents following the close of the EOI.
