Priority port of Townsville master plan
Quotes are sought by the State of Queensland (acting through the Department of State Development) in relation to Request for Quote No. DSD-3539-15 for the provision of an evidence base report (stage 1) to be used for targeted consultation purposes and to inform the development of a port master plan for the priority port of Townsville Master Plan.
The successful contractor will be required to provide advice/clarification to enable relevant master planning documents to be compiled by the priority ports team; produce an evidence base report that identifies and provides rationales for a proposed master planned area and proposed master plan precincts for the priority port of Townsville.
The evidence base report will also inform the development of growth scenarios, the infrastructure and supply chain assessments (Stage 2) and environmental risk assessments (Stage 3) for the priority port of Townsville. The successful contractor will be expected to comply with the information detailed in the project scope of works and the consultation and reporting requirements outlined in this request for quote.
