Provision of Executive Recruitment Services
The Commission expects the successful offeror to provide assistance and support with all or some components of the processes associated with the recruitment, selection and appointment for a number of the nominated senior executive service and senior officer positions.
Offerors are required to prepare and submit a proposal to the Commission which demonstrates an understanding of the requirements of the ‘Terms of Reference’. In particular, the proposal should clearly demonstrate the offeror’s ability to dedicate its’ resources to successfully complete the specified recruitment and selection activities for up to 16 senior level positions within targeted completion by December 2010.
