The Queensland Government - Arts Queensland is Seeking Proposals for the supply of governance and support services for Indigenous and non-Indigenous arts organisations via an Arts Governance Panel for a period of 52 months.

Arts Queensland wishes to engage the services of appropriately skilled contractor(s) to form an Arts Governance Panel to provide tailored corporate governance and business services through advice and support aimed at Indigenous and non-Indigenous arts organisations. The overarching objective is to build a stronger, more financially and artistically sustainable arts and cultural sector in Queensland, with organisations in receipt of Government funding leading the way through solid, productive boards exhibiting excellent corporate governance practices.

The services specifically include but not limited to:

• Conducting Appraisals of Arts Organisations’ Corporate Governance Practices and Management Systems of an Indigenous or Non-Indigenous Arts Organisation.
• Providing Governance Services to Support Indigenous and/or Non-Indigenous Arts and Cultural Organisations
