Wickham Quarter Renewal Project – Marketing Agent Services

Property Queensland (PQ) is expecting to receive approval to offer to the market 168 and 200 Turbot St, Brisbane for a renewal development to be known as the Wickham Quarter.  Such release to market will be via a globally advertised EOI campaign.  The overall process of procuring a suitable proponent to undertake the Wickham Quarter renewal will occur via a three phase process conducted over a period of approximately one year. Phase 1 - EOI; Phase 2 – request for detailed proposal (RFDP); and Phase 3 – RFDP assessment and cabinet approval of preferred proponent.
Underpinning Phase 1 - EOI process, the services of suitably experienced marketing agent is required to:
- devise and implement the marketing campaign including associated marketing collateral (e-brochure, information memorandum, advertisements, graphic design) to maximize the market exposure globally.
- manage in conjunction with DSD the release of the EOI to market, including the management of the projects secure data room and associated protocols for proponent enquiries.
