Wickham Quarter Renewal Project – Probity Services

Property Queensland (PQ) is expecting to receive approval on 8 December 2016 to offer to the market 168 and 200 Turbot St, Brisbane ‘together’ for a renewal development to be known as the Wickham Quarter Such release to market will be via a globally advertised EOI campaign which is expected to commence on 20 December 2016. The overall process of procuring a suitable proponent to undertake the Wickham Quarter renewal will occur via a three phase process conducted over a period of approximately one year. Phase 1 - EOI; Phase 2 – request for detailed proposal (RFDP); and Phase 3 – RFDP assessment and cabinet approval of preferred proponent.
In order to mitigate DSD’s risk in terms of the integrity, defensibility and accountability of decision making related to the Wickham Quarter renewal it is essential that the probity of the process is monitored and maintained using appropriately skilled and experienced and fully independent probity advisors.
Probity advisors will be responsible for assisting PQ to ensure an appropriate Probity Plans exists and is implemented and will provide ad hoc advice as circumstances require which support DSD in meeting its obligations at all times.
