Regional Queensland Industrial Land Assessment
The state-wide Regional Queensland Industrial Land Assessment (RQILA) REP aims to facilitate a more proactive approach to industrial land use planning and provide an on-going supply of industrial land to cater for anticipated economic growth in Regional Queensland over the next 20 years and beyond. Contractor will undertake an assessment of industrial land in regional Queensland, review previous studies and analysis, undertake a demand analysis, identify and evaluate locations and provide a 20 year development plan to anticipate economic growth over the next 20 years.
