HR Service Innovation Project – Process Documentation
An experienced Business Process documentation specialist is required to design and map processes, and develop process guides which create an end to end scenario which staff can follow. In addition, the design of workflow documents are required at a level of detail suitable for implementation in Service Now. The processes will include the newly proposed delegations which seek to lower the approval levels across many of the HR Services. The new delegations also try to introduce a level of standardization and consistency about how services are approved.
The key deliverables may include, but not limited to;
• A draft Process Architecture
• A high level process model, a basic guide and workflow designs each for;
o Separations
o Temporary Extensions
o PDA Prototype
o Position Create, Modify and Abolish will be investigated for potential process documentation
