Development, implementation plans of framework
The Department of Agriculture and Fisheries requires a contractor for the development, including implementation plans, of an organisational redesign and workforce capability framework. This contractor will be responsible for developing an organisation redesign and workforce capability framework which drives attention to the core functional areas identified in QBCR report and, positions the organisation to transition to a system leader and enabler Biosecurity role in Queensland and Australia.
