As part of the QPWS’s capital investment program, the agency intends to redevelop the Gwongorella day use area with a particular emphasis on improving vehicular traffic flow. At the outset, QPWS require a suitably qualified contractor to produce both conceptual and working drawings for construction purposes. To date, a site survey has been completed and electronic copies will be forwarded to the successful offeror upon appointment.
In addition to the drawings a preliminary cost estimate for construction of the final design is also required. This should be itemised to allow for prioritization of construction.
