All valuations are to be done on the basis of highest and best use and assuming vacant possession.

• due diligence reports

The department can also supply copies of other information such as titles and survey plans if requested.

Site inspection
Please note that the Brisbane Dental Hospital is currently occupied by Qld Health and is an operational hospital. The Department of State Development will need to seek approval from Qld Health for any inspection time.
