The Economic and Industry Development Group needs to develop and implement a tailored Leadership program for all leaders across the Group (i.e. DDG, ED’s and SO’s).

It is proposed to engage a contractor to provide a range of services including:
Design, development, implementation and evaluation of development programs aligned to each level of the PSC Workforce Capability Success Profile covering, but not limited to: Leadership Development, Change Management, Managing High Performing Teams, Resilience, Talent and Career Management, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Strategic Leadership, Organisation Culture, Consulting, Coaching for individuals and groups, appropriate psychometric and other survey assessments (as required) at the individual, learn and organisation level; on-line learning and development services including social and shared capability, webinars, tools and resources; Facilitation services for strategic planning, reviews, lessons learned and creativity.
