To produce and distribute display listings prior to notice mailing.
To ensure that notices are posted/emailed on Wednesday 8 March 2017.
To advise customers on what “Offset” is all about for those whose notices are valued based on the site methodology with offset – this will be achieved by the inclusion of an offset attachment for relevant notices.
To advise customer on what “Deduction for site improvements (DSI)” is all about for those whose notices are valued based on the site methodology and are eligible for a deduction for site improvements – this will be achieved by the inclusion of a Deduction for site improvements attachment for relevant notices.
In some cases, customers may be eligible for both an offset and a deduction for site improvement.
to advise customers of the opportunity for future valuation notices to be delivered by email.
Increasing the percentage of full bulk mail postage discounts including use of regular mailing option (was previously known as Surface Mail in 2014) and the use of fuzzy logic which groups notices with the same ownership/service address (across the State) in the one envelope.
High quality prints and mail output.
Provision of relevant statistical reports including notice and suppressions reconciliation reports.
Integrity through all mail packets and in reporting statistics.
