The purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is to seek quotes to review the existing youth accommodation and support service model to provide a series of recommendations to the department on a more appropriate service model that will address the current youth issues in the Townsville community.
The report will summarise findings from a literature review, outcomes of targeted consultation with key stakeholders, and make recommendations on a safe house model to meet the needs of the Townsville community.
