The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for the provision of Contractor Services for the Design and Construction of the new Queensland State Netball Centre.
This Request for Tender (RFT) seeks offers from the firms shortlisted as part of DSD-3815-16 Queensland State Netball Centre – New Building Works Expression of Interest.
The construction of the project is to be delivered through a lump sum Design and Construct contract utilising AS4300 modified by Special Conditions.

Design & construction of new building works - Queensland State Netball Centre
Separable portion 1 (Carpark CP2) - Works to be completed by the date for Practical Completion for Separable Portion 2. The timing of the works to be coordinated with and approved by the Principal prior to the works commencing.<br /><br />Separable portion 2 (QSNC) - Contract duration for Separable Portion 2 to be extended to 76 weeks.
Successful completion of the project in accordance with the contract.
