PSD Work Package Strategy, Review and Blueprint
The One-Stop Shop Strategy and Implementation Office (OSSSIO) a business division of the Department of Science, Information Technology and Innovation (DSITI) is seeking a proposal from a suitably qualified vendor to review the current approach and develop a contemporary strategy/blue print that enables contextually relevant information to be served automatically to customers and staff. The requirements include consideration of approaches for:
- aggregation of different (structured and unstructured) information sources
- collation, structuring and cleansing of aggregated data
- good practice information management processes
- content distribution and integration (via API’s and widgets) to channels and systems across all agencies
- content usability, search and machine learning
• Using the existing one stop shop (OSS) architecture documentation, including Enterprise and Reference Architecture documents, stocktake the existing application and technical design to determine gaps, issues or concerns in relation to security, efficiency and effectiveness of implementation and ongoing enhancement and support.
• Assess the existing persons and services solution design and provide opportunities and options for future developed based on a vision of personalised, proactive services to citizens.
