| The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for two (2) services to operate in the Eagleby SA2 area of the South East Region.
Requirements of these services are under the following:
- Service type 1 - Access - Community Support service
- Service type 2 - Community Connect Trial
The services specified above are to be centre-based and located in the Eagleby SA2 catchment. Although contracted seperately, there is a requirement for the successful Supplier to provide both service types from the same premises.
The successful Supplier is expected to have/source suitable premises located in Eagleby, from which to operate both service types.
