Provision of Banana Shire Road Condition Information Signs STREAMS Integrated Upgrades
Upgrade existing static Road Condition Information Signs (RCISs) to LED panels and STREAMS controllable.
Supply and install upgrade kits for existing RCIS signage.
Supply and install 1 complete replacement RCIS sign.
Provided control system for each RCIS to allow STREAMS activation, SMS activation or manual activation.
Provide Solar power systems and battery backup to operate the sign for a minimum of 7 days without solar input. System daily depth of discharge to be less than 25% (greater than 75% power remaining) during full sun conditions.
