People Matters Management Training
This project aims to deliver management training to a cohort of DSD staff. The People Matters (PM) program is a whole of government training program targeted at providing a broad spectrum of baseline management skills to new and aspiring managers. It addition to the base PM program, this project will also seek to deliver two extension modules: recruitment and selection and inclusion and diversity. Under a proposal approved by the department’s Workforce Committee, PM would be rolled out as a pilot to up to 20 DSD staff then, depending on demand and success of the pilot, to a further 20 DSD staff.
