DET 100713 Legal Case Management System
Legal and Administrative Law Branch (LALB) of the Deparment of Education and Training have critically analysed its own information and knowledge management practices, particularly how the agency’s Information Access Teams would need to operate in the new Right to Information (RTI) environment.
After evaluation of a number of potential solutions, Resolve has been selected as the tool most likely to achieve the required outcomes
The aim of this activity is to acquire the required licences for the selected Resolve software, develop and implement the solution in LALB and establish an ongoing support arrangement.
There may be requirement for future purchases of licences for this software as there are a number of other projects that may be able to utilise this tool.
