Assessment and Service Connect
This Request for Quote (RFQ) is to procure new Assessment and Service Connect services in Nerang, Mermaid Beach and Labrador.
Through this RFQ, the department is seeking a partnership approach to assess and respond to a family’s needs for service connection to improve the safety and wellbeing of children in their home and reduce the need for children to enter or re-enter the statutory system.
Please note: The Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disability Services will be closed from 23 December 2016 until 3 January 2017.
