Intertidal and Subtidal Habitat Mapping

The Intertidal and Subtidal Habitat Mapping and Conservation Values Assessment for Central Queensland State Waters (including fish habitat areas) is a project being undertaken by Queensland Wetlands Program. The benthic (sea floor) habitat mapping method applied is based upon the interim Queensland Intertidal and Subtidal Classification scheme which classifies habitat types by their biophysical attributes.
