Standing Offer Arrangement for the Provision of Executive Recruitment Services
The University of Queensland has had a standing offer arrangement for executive search services in place for the last three years. This arrangement is due to expire on 30 September 2016. UQ is therefore approaching the market in order to set up a new arrangement in its place to commence on 1 October 2016.
The services offered are to cover executive search for professorial positions, academic managers, senior professional staff and senior executive.
The offerors must demonstrate a capacityto provide a range of services including (but not limited to) the following:
Search capabilityand breadth
Candidate attraction
Advertising
Management of candidate enquiries
Administration associated with recruitment activity
Assessment of applications
Participation in interviews
Scribing services
Developmentofselectionreports
Referee and background checks
Notifying unsuccessful candidates
It is anticipated that the final arrangement will be limited to a small number of offerors (up to six), and this will result in the overall value of this arrangement being maximised for each supplier.
