The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for the services of a training provided to prepare and deliver training (at your facilities) for TMR employees that includes additional tailored activities which cover RoadTek operations, work activities, and meets national standards inclusions.
The scope of requirement includes, tailoring and delivery of existing training to incorporate RoadTek’s operational processes and safe work procedures, and verification of attendee competence to the following unit of competency: CPCCDE3014A Remove non-friable asbestos
Areas that must specifically be addressed are:
• Removal of asbestos electrical pits and conduits, including:
Inspecting electrical pits (only)
Removing, installing and maintaining cables in asbestos pits and conduit
Removal of electrical pits containing asbestos
• Making a site safe after motor vehicle accidents with roadside lighting (asbestos pedestals)
• Repairing asbestos conduit end treatments
• Roadside collection of debris and dumped waste
Delivery of training is to be conducted at the successful offerors facilities (or facilities supplied by the successful offeror at no additional charge to TMR).
