Supply and Install of a New DF60HP Suzuki 4 Stoke Outboard Motor
The Queensland Boating and Fisheries Patrol, a division of the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries, has a requirement to re-power an existing asset (vessel).
The specifications are as per below:
• Remove existing motor, cables, electrics, gauges, lines, control box and hydraulic steering.
• Supply and install one by new 60HP Suzuki Four Stoke Outboard motor.
• Aluminium Propeller that suits vessel and motor, supply spare Aluminium Propeller including spare Bush Kit that suits vessel and engine.
• Supply and install remote mounting controls and cables.
• Supply and fit Outboard Cowl Cover to suit engine.
• Supply and fit new Fuel Filter Kit (with water separator) including new fuel lines and connections.
• Supply and fit new full length battery cables and terminals.
• Remove and re-install existing Sea Star bullhorn hydraulic steering and ensure fully operational. Replace any worn or faulty parts as required. Replace fluid.
• Connect new engine harness to vessels new Suzuki touch button Smart Gauge and ensure all existing display/monitoring functions are displayed and operational and vessels existing Lowrance HDS7 (rpm, fuel, hours, trim level, engine temps etc).
Also include a trade-in of 2013 Model BF50D Honda Outboard, serial No: BBEJ-1102773 with approximately 540hrs.
