Your company has been selected to be invited to submit an offer for this Invitation to Offer Activity on a selected supplier basis.
The Queensland Racing Integrity Commission, (QRIC) seeks to have two Gas Chromatograph Mass Spectrometers (GCMS) supplied and receipted at the Racing Science Centre at Albion Park Raceway. Award of the contract is scheduled for Friday 19 May 2017 and respondants are required to submit a schedule based on this award date. Delivery of the equipment to the RSC by 30 June 2017 is mandatory.
A site inspection will not be undertaken.
Only one contract will be entered into and Part Offers will not be considered. The scope includes supply, commissioning and maintenance, with the maintenance component covering a maximum term of 6 years after a one year warranty period, with two Preventative Maintenance service activities per year.
Respondants are to ensure that:
Response Schedules are submitted in the precise format required by the ITO documents,
all items in the Response Schedules are covered
The completed 'Contract Details' document is also submitted
any questions pertaining to this ITO are directed to the Contact Officer and not to any other person including the RSC.
