Queensland Urban Utilities (QUU) is seeking the provision of Debt Management Service (DMS), the successful Offeror will work collaboratively with QUU and manage the process and collection of outstanding debt. Please ensure your Offer is fully compliant will all the Mandatory requirements listed in Part 3, section seven (7).
QUU is responsible for the provision of potable water supplies and sewerage services to Customers in the combined local government areas of Brisbane, Ipswich, Lockyer, Scenic Rim and Somerset.
QUU believes there are efficiencies to be gained by working with the private sector through the use of technology and also leveraging off knowledge from industry leaders.
While QUU anticipates, and will welcome, innovation and latest technologies in service delivery during the term, the Offeror must perform the Services in a manner that is fully compliant with the Agreement and all Laws, and closely interfaced with QUU Business Services, Management, and information technology services.
