Expression of Interest for acceptance onto a panel of prequalified suppliers to deliver Townsville Child Safety Residential Care Placement Services
This is an invitation to suitably qualified Suppliers to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for acceptance onto a panel of prequalified suppliers (Panel Arrangement) to deliver Child Safety Residential Care Placement Services in Townsville.
Suppliers accepted onto the Panel Arrangement that enter into a contract for placement services with the department will be required to provide non-family based out of home care for young people aged 12 to under 18 years who have been assessed as having complex or extreme levels of support needs, as well as a specialised therapeutic trauma informed care service to support intensive non-family based placement of extreme needs young people primarily aged 12 to under 16 as defined in the Practice resource- Support levels and behaviours characteristics.
The young people requiring placement will be drawn from the Townsville, Thuringowa and Aitkenvale Child Safety Service Centre Catchments.
