The Queensland Racing Integrity Commission is seeking Proposals for the Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of an Intelligence and Case Management System (ICMS)
The scope of requirements for the goods / services specifically include but not limited to:
Installation and commissioning of the ICMS into the agreed environment and encompassing the functionality confirmed
Provision of advice to QRIC on configuration items required within the control of the Customer in order to facilitate successful commissioning of the system
Provision of End User Functionality and System Training.
Provsion of assistance with User Acceptance Testing
Provision of 3 year Maintenance Program, including warrenty, defectes and planned maintenance activiies
Optional Hosting Arrangements
