For the Provision of Engraving Services associated with UQ Graduation Ceremonies
The University of Queensland through the Academic Services Division is seeking to appoint one (1) preferred Engraving Service Provider for, and between, the biannual (twice-yearly) graduation ceremonies held at St Lucia and Gatton for a period of three (3) years (with an option for an additional 2 year extension, i.e. 3 + 2). This contract extension option will be subject to successful achievement of provider performance targets. It is intended that the contract will commence for from February 2017 ceremonies. UQ would like to offer graduating students of the University the opportunity to commemorate their achievement by having their degree certificate replicated onto a plaque.
