Instrument Tracking Solution for Central Steriling Services
Metro North Hospital and Health Service (MNHHS) is seeking to engage a supplier to provide:
Instrument tracking solution
Instrument marking solution
Implementation and commissioning services for the solution
On-going support and maintenance services
The purpose of this RFQ is select a supplier to supply and implement an instrument tracking solution across MNHHS. The first priority is to implement the solution into the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital and then, at MNHHS sole discretion, roll-out the solution across other MNHHS facilities including Oral Health Services.
In general the scope includes the provision of:
Project management including documentation (project and technical)
Design services including high level design review, solution design and detailed design
Supply, delivery, installation, integration services, configuration, testing (excluding UAT) and the commission of the solution in a number of environments
Provision of support and maintenance services for the solution
Instrument etching service
Other associated services including, training and data migration
Current QAssure and GITC accreditation or alternatively a willingness to obtain this accreditation is required.
