Development and facilitation of the iLEAD Program
The department is seeking to engage a provider with the capability to research, develop, facilitate and support the department's leadership development activities.
Supplier will be required to deliver a practical and experimential leadership development program for AO2 - AO5 equivalent level officers. The AO2 - AO5 equivalent officers will have varying degrees of supervisory responsibilities, ranging from none up to those supervising teams. The vast majority of participants will not have supervisory responsibilities in their current role.
