The Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disability Services (the department) is seeking to procure an integrated suite of specialist Domestic and Family Violence and Sexual Assault Support services in the Toowoomba/Darling Downs Catchment area. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is the second stage of a two stage Procurement process. The first stage comprised an Expression of Interest (EOI) with Supplier offers assessed by an evaluation panel to identify the service delivery models most suited to the region. Following assessment of offers received in the EOI stage, your organisation has now been shortlisted to take part in this Request for Quote stage for Toowoomba/Darling Downs catchment area. Suppliers must respond to the evaluation criteria outlined at Part C of this document. Information that was provided in the EOI stage is not required to be provided again in the RFQ responses.
