| The Queensland Museum is seeking the Provision of Design Services for the Redevelopment of the Sciencentre at Queensland Museum..
OVERVIEW: Attracting over 200,000 visitors in 2016-17, the Sciencentre has been a much loved part of the Queensland Museum experience since 2004.
Queensland Museum has received funding from the Queensland Government to transform the existing Sciencentre with the objective of the new Interactive Gallery to:
- celebrate the joy and wonder of science in an interactive and engaging environment
- build on the provision of STEM education for our audiences and continue to provide quality lifelong learning experiences
- allow visitors of all ages to recognise their own competencies and capabilities, encouraging visitors to learn together
- include objects and specimens from the State Collection to complement the learning philosophy of the gallery
- be accessible for visitors regardless of age, gender, ethinicity, education and mobility

Offeror’s will be invited to present their approach to the project via interview and creative presentation to the evaluation panel on Monday, 28 August 2017.
