Post Harvest Floor Sealing
The Post-Harvest processing area is used for Mango assessment and requires the fruit to be washed and dipped in this area, requiring long periods of water use and solutions flowing on the floor area, thus requires a safe non-slip work area.
Scope of Works:
• Supply & Install Slip-Resistant Epoxy Coating to new concrete and existing area – Total area being 384.5 m2
• Sand surfaces with Polyvac to prepare surface for new coatings.
• Washdown area after Polyvac treatment.
• Apply Flowcrete Deckshield UV and roll in in slip-resistant sand.
• Clean & remove waste and make safe the work area.
• Carry out final inspection before completion of job.
