AQ 041/2017 Invitation to Offer for a Standing Offer Arrangement for the Provision of Electrical Services for the Cultural Precinct
The State of Queensland represented by the Corporate Administration Agency on the Behalf of Arts Queensland seeks to form a set of Standing Offer Arrangements for Electrical Services for the Cultural Precinct.
The proposed Standing Offer Arrangements do not bind any party to a financial commitment. A financial commitment is only made when an order is placed under a Standing Offer Arrangement.
Mandatory Criteria
Part B suppliers must be registered on PQC with a PQC rating of 3 or 4 as a ‘Contractor’.
Suppliers which nominate for Part B works must also nominate for Part A works.
All suppliers must have at least one office which is within a 30km radius of the Cultural Precinct.
The supplier must employ key personnel who currently hold the following licenses in accordance with Queensland legislation and acts of Parliament:
a) Electrical mechanic licence, and
b) Electrical fitter licence.
The supplier must hold a current Electrical Contractor’s license for the State of Queensland in accordance with Electrical Safety Regulation 2013.
Part Offers - Two Parts
Part Offers will be considered. There shall be two Parts and two orders of merit. Suppliers shall nominate whether they are applying for Part A and Part B, or just Part A. This shall lead to two lists of suppliers.

Works shall be comprised mainly of medium to high-risk/medium to higher value works.
Must be willing to perform works >$500K (incl. GST).
For works >$500K the full functionality of the PQC system will be used to evaluate offers. PQC Shortlists will be confined to suppliers on the SOA.
