The proposed Standing Offer Arrangement will be a 'Head Contract' under which offers are invited and orders placed for Engineering and Project Management Services.

There will be two orders of merit as follows:

Engineering Services

Must be PQC Registered to PQC 3 or PQC 4.

Medium to large company with multiple engineering disciplines.

For works over $30K the full functionality of the PQC system will be used to evaluate offers. PQC Shortlists will be confined to suppliers on the SOA.

It is expected that this suppliers which cover a range of engineering disciplines for which key personnel are RPEQ certified.

Project Management Services

Must be PQC Registered to PQC 3 or PQC 4.

Size of company is not applicable

For works over $30K the full functionality of the PQC system will be used to evaluate offers. PQC Shortlists will be confined to suppliers on the SOA.

Suppliers appointed to the SOA will be able to demonstrate their Project Management of building and construction works.

The Cultural Precinct is comprised of the following:

The Cultural Precinct is located adjacent to the Brisbane River at South Brisbane and comprises the following establishments:

  • Gallery of Modern Art,
  • Queensland Art Gallery,
  • State Library of Queensland,
  • the Edge,
  • Queensland Museum,
  • Queensland Performing Arts Centre
  • Cultural Precinct Car Parks
  • the Central Energy Plant, and
  • all the common area grounds and landscape gardens around and within these facilities.
