Offers are invited by the State of Queensland (acting through the Department of Justice and Attorney-General) in relation to Invitation to Offer (ITO) 494.1617. DJAG is inviting offers in relation to a strategical review of the Queensland Office of the Ombudsman (Office) which is required under Section 83(8) of the Ombudsman Act 2001.
Notes:
The Department of Justice and Attorney-General (DJAG) has developed terms of reference (included as Schedule B in the Invitation to Offer) for the review, in consultation with the Parliamentary Committee and the Ombudsman as required under section 83(6) of the Ombudsman Act 2001. The terms of reference outline the review requirements, including the purpose of the review, scope, powers and qualifications of the reviewer, methodology, project duration and reporting requirements.
